The welcoming and prestigious environment, with pink marble and travertine columns, creates the perfect setting for a fully immersive experience of well-being and self-care, completely personalized and curated in every detail by a team of highly qualified professionals.
The solid expertise developed since 1980 has enabled the creation of an operational method based on careful analysis of every person’s needs and expectations, the synergistic use of internationally certified products, and advanced aesthetic technologies of the latest generation, in order to design targeted pathways with high performance and tangible results.
How we contributed as LM
The main goal was to create a coordinated and consistent communication ecosystem across all touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction with the client reflected the brand’s identity. This 360-degree rebranding gave life to a renewed, coherent, and recognizable brand, ready to stand out in a competitive industry and to build an authentic connection with its clientele.
We carried out a complete rebranding, transforming the brand’s identity to best reflect its values, identified through frequent discussions with key figures of the Elvy team and the excellence of the services offered. From the design of the new logo to the development of a coordinated visual identity, we redefined every aesthetic and communication aspect.
The creation of a renewed Brand Identity was followed by the implementation of all the visual, communicative, and value-based elements identified within Elvy – Luxury Urban Spa’s activities. This process ensured that all touchpoints were perfectly aligned with the brand’s characteristics, helping strengthen the relationship with clients and making it familiar and long-lasting.
