About
The name Bacancíto comes from “bacán”, a term used in the barrios of Buenos Aires to describe an elegant and refined man who loves the buena vida, charming with women, fond of parties, good food, and good wine.
Bacancíto’s mission is to offer guests, for a few hours, the authentic flavours and culinary experiences of Argentine Iberian cuisine. The menu ranges from tacos and empanadas to meat and fish tapas, as well as premium cuts of Argentine beef, all enjoyed in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
How we contributed as LM
The main goal was to build a strong online positioning for the brand and enable users to book online, converting the traffic generated through social media and advertising campaigns.
We worked on the restaurant’s digital communication, managing its social media channels with strategic and engaging content. Thanks to a tailored editorial plan, Bacancíto strengthened its brand identity, engaging with the audience and fostering customer loyalty.
We developed targeted advertising campaigns on Google and Meta by analysing user behaviour and reaching potential customers searching for restaurants. Thanks to continuous optimisation and ongoing research into the most effective strategies, the ads increased Bacancíto’s visibility, leading to a significant rise in online bookings.
We created a custom booking platform, eliminating the need to rely on external services. This allowed Bacancíto to have full control over reservations, reduce commission costs, and improve internal management, while offering customers a simpler and more direct experience.
