Ellemme S.R.L.S., with its registered office at Via Fior di Arancio 30, 74122 Taranto (Italy), is the data controller of the personal data collected and processed through the website www.ellemme.website (hereinafter, the “Website”).
This notice describes the policies adopted by Ellemme for the protection of personal data, the management of complaints, conflicts of interest, and legal responsibilities, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”).
2. Processing of Personal Data
While using the Website, we may collect and process the following personal data through the contact form:
• First and last name

• Mobile phone number
• Company name of the lead
The data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to information requests and for activities related to the provision of our services.
The Website’s servers are located in Italy. Ellemme does not use third-party tools for user profiling or tracking.
In addition, the Website uses Google Analytics in anonymised mode in order to collect aggregated data that cannot be directly linked to the user, such as: number of visits, pages viewed, average time spent on the site, type of device, and approximate geographic origin.
The data collected is processed by Google LLC, but users’ IP addresses are anonymised before any processing takes place, and no advertising features are activated nor is any further information shared with Google.
Such data is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to improve the Website.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or erasure of their personal data by sending a request to info@ellemme.consulting and attaching a copy of a valid identity document.

The Website uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, as well as anonymised analytical cookies through Google Analytics, configured so as not to identify the user or combine data with other sources.
These cookies do not require prior consent, but they can still be disabled through the browser settings.
No profiling cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used.

As a consulting firm, Ellemme may occasionally work with clients operating within the same sector.

The management of conflicts of interest is the responsibility of the Founders and Partners: Luigi Colavito and Matteo Mazzuto Franco.
They are committed to assessing each case individually, separating project teams when necessary, and ensuring transparency and integrity in the management of engagements.

For any reports, suggestions, or complaints regarding the services provided by Ellemme, users may write to info@ellemme.consulting.
We are committed to:
• Providing a response within 7 working days from receipt of the complaint
• Resolving the issue promptly, involving the designated responsible person: Luigi Colavito, Partner and Founder.

Ellemme provides content and services accessible to Italian, European, and international users.
However, the distribution and use of the information contained on the Website may be subject to legal restrictions depending on the country of access.
The content of the Website is provided “as is” and does not constitute contractual value.
The user acknowledges that Ellemme cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the information published on the Website.

The website www.ellemme.website is hosted by VHosting Solution S.r.l., with servers located in Italy.
As a hosting service provider, VHosting acts as a data processor pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, ensuring adequate levels of security and data protection.
Ellemme has signed a data processing agreement with the provider in compliance with the GDPR, regulating the access to and storage of information collected through the Website.
